- Make your achievements as quantifiable as possible. Now, saying that you achieved something is one thing. Describing how and when, as well as giving results in numbers, is another thing completely. - Use action verbs and power words. Action verbs such as accomplished, created, maximized, etc., give even more emphasis to the achievements you list on your resume.
